Name: Billy Willis
Company: Rayzist Photomask Inc
Bio: Billy Willis is an experienced veteran in the sandcarving process with over 30 years’ experience. He was groomed at 18 years old traveling internationally visiting glass companies with his father (owner) learning the business. Billy’s expertise is in sandcarving equipment, process improvement, and sandcarving films. In addition to running the family business, he enjoys motorcycle riding in the mountains near his Colorado home.

 

 

Name: Bob Hagel
Company: Eagle’s Mark Awards & Signs
Bio: Bob Hagel recently retired after owning Eagle’s Mark Awards & Signs for 18 years in Southern California. While owning the business, he offered a full line of personalized products using laser engraving, sandcarving, and full-color UV direct print on products. Today, he consults on starting and expanding personalized businesses, and on improving production efficiency and quality. 

 

Name: Braden Todd
Company: Glassmith2
Bio: Braden Todd is a second-generation engraver and owner of Glassmith2, located in Boulder, Colorado. Braden’s expertise ranges from sandcarving, industrial laser cutting/engraving, UV printing, and the other supporting facets that allow Glassmith2 to consistently provide cutting-edge items to its retail and wholesale customers.

 

 

Name: Gary Barker
Company: Digital Technology Group Inc
Bio: Gary Barker leads the sales and marketing operations at DTG, an industry leader in the digital printing industries. He oversees the operations of the Epson Solution Center and the company's ongoing expansion into emerging markets. Before joining DTG in 2003, Barker owned his own company, which was sold so he could come back to the industry he was raised in. Gary enjoys the opportunities he has to speak professionally, consult with business owners and write articles for several industry publications. In his spare time, you will find him in Tampa, Florida enjoying life with his wife Carla and their four children. You might even catch him spending time at his magic store with his grandson. 

 

Name: Jeremy Picker
Company: AMB3R Creative
Bio: Jeremy is the creative director and CEO at AMB3R Creative, a Colorado-based apparel design firm. He has over 20 years experience in the fashion industry and brings a depth of knowledge in custom design, screen printing, embroidery, applique, finishing, and promotional products. Jeremy has helped numerous brands launch and grow and managed merchandise for major label brands. He is also passionate about creating retail quality for the non-profit sector to fuel fundraising efforts and expand awareness. His current client list spans from churches to restaurants to corporations. He is a cancer survivor and a co-founder of ESTAINE, a high-end accessory line to support cancer education.

 

Name: Josh Bender
Company: Universal Woods
Bio: After working in management for UPS and Ford Motor Co., Josh came to Universal Woods, LLC (parent company for Unisub and ChromaLuxe brands) and has worked there for over five years. Beginning in the Aluminum Router Dept., Josh moved into the Marketing Dept. working as a Sublimation Specialist and Field Technician. Presently, Josh is a Marketing & Events Manager. With only virtual events occurring post-pandemic, he keeps various responsibilities including responding to the company’s info emails, web page editing and brand management.

 

Name: Wren George
Company: WrenSong Creations
Bio: In the early ‘80s, Wren George began etching glass using a catalog start-up kit to make unique gifts for her friends and family. Shortly after, she started WrenSong Creations in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, an art glass studio that often combines multiple techniques, including surface etching, carving, stained glass and hot glass.
